State Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Lucknow — जिसे SAC Lucknow के नाम से भी जाना जाता है — उत्तर प्रदेश का सबसे प्रतिष्ठित और पुराना सरकारी आयुर्वेदिक महाविद्यालय है। इसकी स्थापना 1948 में हुई थी, जो स्वतंत्र भारत के शुरुआती वर्षों में ही Ayurveda शिक्षा को संस्थागत रूप देने का एक महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रयास था।
यह कॉलेज K.G. Medical College, Lucknow के परिसर में Late Acharya Narendra Dev की Vice Chancellorship और Late Chandrabhanu Gupta की प्रेरणा से शुरू हुआ। इसके पहले Principal और Medical Superintendent Dr. V.S. Yagnik थे।
1959 में यहाँ पाँच वर्षीय Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) पाठ्यक्रम की शुरुआत हुई। यह कॉलेज University of Lucknow के Ayurvedic Faculty का एक Constituent College रहा है। वर्तमान में यह Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow से संबद्ध है और NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है।
KG Medical College परिसर में Late Acharya Narendra Dev की Vice Chancellorship के अंतर्गत कॉलेज की नींव रखी गई।
5 वर्षीय Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) पाठ्यक्रम आधिकारिक रूप से प्रारंभ हुआ।
Lucknow University के Ayurvedic Faculty का Constituent College बना। बाद में ABV Medical University से संबद्ध।
MD (Ayurveda) कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत। AIAPGET के माध्यम से PG admission होती है।
